Attitude

What is attitude?

Attitude is basically the way we perceive the world and everything around us.The way we think the way we act in situations. How do we treat people around us? What conversations do we have with our colleagues? All of our actions tells much more about our attitude towards others. Our attitude is basically a reflection of our mind and soul.

Let's have a look to the picture below.

What were the thoughts you had in your brain while observing the image or what things grab your attention?

•Some people's attention is might be on the monument and the buildings architect. Hence, the architectural view.

•Some people's observation might be on the paintings on the wall. That's what the art lovers view.

•Some might have observed the beggar in image. That's what empaths view with glimpse of philosophy behind it.

•Some might be calculating the expenses that might be done on monument by the owner. That's what money seekers does in their life.

So, what you perceive is what you are. What did we focus on is our perceptive.

But attitude is basically of two types. Every time the way we react to people or situations we have the two choices. Either we accept and seek the situation positively or negatively that's all up to us. Whatever do happen with us in our life's is just 10% of our lives rest 90% is how do we perceive to it.

Let me tell you a situation just imagine you had a quarrel with your loved one or family member, they started behaving rudely. Now this situation gives you two choices either be in quarrel , waste your energy and destroy your mental peace ,bond or try to understand the cause of their reaction . If we could see at each other without prejudice with empathy and open mind then it will hugely impact our personal relationships also our general peace of mind. Open minded attitude simply reduces the stress in our daily lives. We can't make people behave or act the way we want them to react. But we can bring acceptance within us towards the situation and act positively.

"We can't choose our lives situations, we can choose our attitude."

Same follows up with our professional lives. Positive attitude always takes us closer towards our goals. Whereas negative attitude pulls us back.                                                        •People's with positive attitude:-                                                                                                                                                                   Always has solution for every problem. Says,"let me do it for you". Accepts their mistakes. Take responsibility of their actions. Makes commitments . Follow the philosophy of empathy,"don't do to others what you would not want them to do to you".

•People's with negative attitude:-                                                                                                                                                                  Always has problem for every answer. Says,"that it's  not my job." Never takes responsibility of their actions, even blame others for their reaction. Follow the philosophy,"do it to others before they do it to you." Rans away from every situation where they have to take responsibility.

Why do we fail?

Why do we fail ?  I personally believe in 4D's are the major reason for your failure at macro level.Lets know about (4D's):- 1. Desire - As per studies, the one of the major reason of you lagging behind in your professional life might be your unwillingness of performing that particular job. Here, comes the factor of pride or the sense of achievement and accomplishment  which makes us feel contented after performing our job.If you are not feeling the sense of fulfillment after completing your tasks then you will surely struggle in performing your job after a certain period which will lead to a failure. "Great talent without willpower is a waste." That's why it's must that you willingly perform your jobs. 2. Direction :-There is an another reason why you might be not getting your desired results in your life which I personally feel the most specific one, people keep on performing the jobs whatever they are suggested to do or whatever falls in their path of lif
